Method is your number one fitness and wellness destination, offering classes for both body and mind.
Our classes include a range of cardio, conditioning, strength and mobility training as well as yoga, pilates, meditation and breath work. We are also London's leader in Transformation Programmes.
We believe that fitness and wellness should be simple: no gimmicks, no fluff – just good, hard, honest work. With that purpose in mind, we started reimagining a modern fitness experience that could cut through the noise of modern London.

A series of fitness classes combined with personal training, meditation, yoga and nutrition advice. Results are guaranteed, in the mirror, in your fitness, on & off the mat. Or your money back!
Studio: Escape the hustle of London and step in to our good vibes atmosphere. Designed by award-winning architect Richard Found, our bright and fit-for-purpose studio raises training to the optimum level. In addition, our Mindful Garden is the only space in London where you can practice al fresco Yoga and get fresh Prana.
Supportive network: More than a place just to exercise. Method is a destination that people look forward to visiting and feel a part of our team. Building a sense of community is the core of our group programmes, events and charity Yoga.
