Gym Receptionist (Part-time)
Do you love health and fitness? Do you want unlimited access to London’s best fitness classes? Are you passionate, friendly and love working as part of a team? If you answered yes to all of these then we want to hear from you!
We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist to handle client-facing duties as well as general studio management tasks. When our clients walk in the door, we want them to find a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
You will be the first point of contact for all individuals coming into our studio. All telephone calls, enquiries, and face-to-face contact are made firstly with our Receptionists. Our receptionists are our clients first impression of our business therefore we believe you have one of the most important roles in our team. You will have a passion for excellent customer service, and desire to work as part of a positive and enthusiastic team who always put their clients first.
Day to day activities will include:
Greet clients as soon as they arrive, show new clients around the studio
Answering incoming calls and enquiries
Checking clients into classes
Assisting clients with managing their accounts, booking classes, buying packages, etc.
Responsible for the Method admin email account while at work, responding to all emails and helping with any enquiries or bookings
Ensuring the studio is kept tidy and presentable at all times - on arrival ensuring all lights, diffusers and candles are on.
Dealing effectively with any customer feedback or complaints
Key candidate requirements for the role include:
Customer service or reception experience preferred but not necessary
Excellent customer service
Great communication skills
A can-do, friendly and positive attitude
Knowledge of health and fitness industry
The role will involve working varied morning and evening shifts at the following times:
Morning: 7am - 12pm
Evening: 6pm - 9pm
