Using the Egoscue Method, Postural Alignment Therapy is designed to restore balance to your body, relieve chronic pain, and improve performance. Monty will guide you through a bespoke exercise routine, designed to give your body exactly what it needs to restore proper function. And even if you're not in pain, Postural Alignment Therapy can help to improve your sport and exercise performance by increasing your power output, your efficiency and movement quality.
Initial consultation is 90 minutes and follow up sessions range between 45 minutes to 90 minutes.
