Natalia is a former PR Director with over 10 years experience in Luxury Goods working with brands from Land Rover to Dior. She left the corporate world to become the creative force behind two wellness start ups; Method Movement and Form Nutrition. Natalia is a qualified meditation teacher and has an eclectic training experience having spent time in a Monastery in Nepal and participating in Google Search Inside Yourself Programme.

Lucie is a certified Level 3 Personal Trainer, Boxfit instructor and specialised in pre and postnatal training. She has been in the fitness industry since 2012 with a strong passion for healthy living and an active lifestyle. This love has been driven by a background of county badminton, dancing and being an ongoing gym goer. Recently training for and competing in a UKBFF Bikini competition has given Lucie’s clients tangible evidence and inspiration that weight training and a balanced diet everyone can become strong, feminine and confident. She believe in a fun, empathetic and motivating approach to training which means clients enjoy their new lifestyle and achieve results. Clients will receive a truly tailored programme, simplifying training and nutrition to achieve maximum results.

He has built a foundation and range of skills in the fitness industry as a well-known body transformation coach. For the past six years Oliver has been classed as one of the leading transformation coaches within the exclusive Kensington gym, Equinox. With clients ranging from well known businessmen, Men’s Fitness cover models to Made in Chelsea reality stars such as Sam Thompson. With over 22,000 followers on Instagram, Oliver shares his nutritional ideas and workout videos with his clients spreading his creative, innovative and balanced approach to fitness.

Vivian, former professional volleyball player in Brazil, is a true believer that the body needs balance, in strength, mobility and coordination.She is licensed personal trainer with a specialisation a functional training and a degree in Sports Science. Her passion for body physiology and metabolic diseases such as obesity, diabetes and heart diseases culminated in a several publications in medical and sport science journals. Vivian’s versatility in training attract clients form different backgrounds, from high power executives to notable catwalk models.

KIM HARTWELL

Kim is a personal trainer and hot and sweaty HIIT instructor. Sessions comprise of a mixture of bodyweight, strength, cardio and flexibility. Kim believes in functional training and the need to transgress what you learn in the gym to what you do in your everyday life. Through Kim’s renowned HIIT classes she’ll show you that whatever your shape, whatever your size; you can absolutely tone what you own. Although now a seasoned Londoner, Kim was previously a New Yorker. Having spent 3 years there, she studied her Personal Training, TRX and group fitness instructing certifications.

DALEY PERALES

After a 15 year career as a professional boxer where Daley became a national champion and was crowned London champion twice, he hung up his competitive gloves and obtained his professional boxing trainer license from the British Boxing Board of Control and became a qualified personal trainer in California. Daley’s passion is to help people attain their desired physique and lifestyle. By channeling every skill and piece of knowledge that he possesses and pushing people beyond their limits, he creates unique, effective programmes. His mantra is “Work Hard, Don’t Stop, You Can Rest Later.”

MARC HATVANI

Football remains one of Marc’s true loves in life, even after finishing with the game altogether. He left Australia to play professionally, and travelled all over Europe. When this part of his life ended, he knew he needed a new frontier, a new passion. Knowing he couldn’t sit behind a desk, he became a personal trainer and rehab specialist. This eventually led to training as yoga teacher, which has become his new dream: to pursue how far our bodies can be pushed, to explore the relationship between mind, body and soul. In Yoga he instantly found his second calling and passion in life. This is the path for Marc Hatvani.

Originating as a breakdancer, after one Bikram class he was hooked. As a physical person, at his happiest when he can move exactly as he pleases. He loves training hard and learning new things, daydreaming and having fun. Ude believes life can’t be lead without regret, he’s not afraid to make mistakes and falls in love easily. For him, Yoga is a “cure-all”. His sporting background includes playing football competitively for 11 years and swimming for his county. Most importantly, Lee really wants to make sure that everyone who walks through the door feels at home and leaves with a smile on their face.

MONTY SIMMONS

Monty is a personal trainer who has been working in the industry since 2013. He works with people of all backgrounds, from CEO’s to athletes in the peak of their performance and has been the go to personal trainer for boxers, pro MMA competitors, semi-pro football teams and ballet dancers. They come to see Monty to enhance their performance and to get them moving and training in a pain free and optimal manner. He has recently featured in Women’s Health UK, Grazia UK, Hello! and the Daily Mail. Monty’s mission is to ‘help people become the best version of themselves – to get them moving better, performing better and feeling on top of their game.’ Monty is a level 4 trainer specialising in obesity and diabetes management. 

ZOE SHELLEY

Zoe has always been athletic, competing in sports throughout her life, and more recently has moved into the strength and conditioning and movement world in the gym. Drawing on training philosophies from Crossfit, Pilates, Yoga and Gymnastics, Zoe helps her clients build their strength and fitness, and as a by-product develop a lean and toned physique. She believes in working on functional movements that we all need in day-to-day life, using a constantly varied programme of exercises and equipment – there’s no point being good in the gym unless the benefits transfer into the real world. The overall focus is on helping her clients move better, to help them be more human, and to unleash their maximum potential.

HOLLY DUNN

Holly is a qualified Yoga Instructor (RYT, 200) and trainee Nutritional Therapist. From a backdrop of executive administration and event, Holly discovered yoga, balance psychology and healthy eating were essential to reconnecting her own body and mind, recovering a sense of equipoise, energy and mischievous love for life. Training with The Power Yoga Company in London 2016, Holly takes inspiration from traditional Ashtanga- Vinyasa, Power and Yin yoga, specialising in both the power and restorative methods of movement. A keen artist and writer by nature, Holly brings a warmth and lyrical vibe to her classes and interactions. She strives to show tenderness to those experiencing emotional discomfort and a playful energy to those just looking for a good workout! Holly is certified by Yoga Alliance UK.

KATHRYN FIELDING

Health and fitness have always been an integral part of Kathryn’s life. Initially she was attracted to yoga as a means of complimenting her love of running. However she soon realised that a dynamic flow could be physically challenging whilst also working deeper to alleviate stress and work towards achieving mental clarity. Kathryn undertook her yoga teacher training with the Yoga People and started to teach in her workplace. At the time she was also studying to become a Nutritional Therapist, fascinated by the healing properties of an optimal diet and nutritional biochemistry. She soon made a career in order to pursue her passion and fully immersed herself in London’s growing Wellness Industry. Today she teaches Power, Rocket, Vinyasa Flow and Restorative yoga alongside practicing as a registered Nutritional Therapist.

Richard’s guided breathing techniques are proven to: reduce stress and anxiety, improve mental clarity and focus, cleanse the body of toxins, balance your hormonal system and improve cardiovascular health, metabolic and digestive functions. Before teaching breath work Richard worked as a coach helping people with anxiety and depression. Richard has personally trained under multiple modern breath work masters including Wim Hof (Wim Hof Method), Dan Brule (Tony Robbin’s personal breath coach) and Judith Kravitz (Transformational Breathing). 

MINNA SKIRGARD

A Swede in London, first lost in the world of finance but eventually found her calling. Seen practicing inversions in the office restrooms, the change was inevitable. High heels for bare feet, office wear to lycra and transition from dream to reality. Having practiced yoga for more than a decade, Minna eventually made the transition from finance to a more joyful, creative and meaningful life. Minna came to yoga from a dance background and brings a dynamic vinyasa flow combining playful arm balances and energising inversions to uplifting tunes.

After receiving a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Calgary, following her time as a Canadian National figure skater, Katelyn developed a passionate for training and yoga using cutting edge knowledge to help people perform better and train/ practice intelligently.

Half English, half Mexican, Mariel has practiced Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow yoga around the world for over a decade. Leaving behind her high powered and high stress corporate job that left her unfulfilled and unhappy, she achieved her long-time dream of becoming a yoga teacher. A firm believer that what you give out, you get back, Mariel hopes to share with others the countless ways yoga has positively impacted her life – bringing unending awareness to her self-journey through lessons in humility, perseverance and acceptance in order to live her best life. 

SUZIE HUNTER-SMITH

Suzie teaches what she know and loves: a creative, transformative and freeing yoga practice which draws together the hundreds of hours of training and many influences she has encountered so far across the broad spectrum of the yoga world, including vinyasa, mandala flow, yin yoga and more recently, Thai massage. Whether guiding you through a playful, dynamic vinyasa practice or a slow delicious yin experience, Suzie’s teaching is always informed by a deep respect for alignment and anatomical form, a cheeky tendency to break all of the rules and a strong intuitive impulse to help real people meet their most raw selves and discover how amazing their bodies are designed to feel. Expect to leave her classes breathing deeply and feeling strong and spacious both in body and mind. 

CSILLA MITCHELL

Csilla (pronounced Chiller!) has a background in social media and PR but her passion is spreading health and happiness. She holds a martial arts black belt but fell in love with yoga when she moved to London from Germany and discovered how versatile and replenishing yoga can be. Expect to leave her class a little sweaty, with a new found energy and a big smile!
