As well as boosting your confidence, we will help you set in place positive lifestyle changes that will keep you healthy and happy long after you complete the 6 weeks.
Our programme is designed to get you killer results, fast. However it's not just about weight loss. We are about confidence boosting, increasing energy levels and giving your overall wellbeing the upgrade that you deserve.
We work with you every step of the way. Firstly we will sit with you and set a goal before customising your perfect fitness and nutrition package in order to reach that goal. Whether you want to loose weight, build muscle or just get in the best shape of your life, we will design the perfect programme for you.
Our motto is keep it simple. Fun, challenging and effective workouts will push you physically and mentally, while a simple easy to manage nutrition programme will have you eating clean and looking lean.
As part of the transformation programme you will be part of a community of likeminded people all striving to push themselves and get the best results possible. One of our trainers will be assigned to you as your transformation coach. They are there for you 24/7 for support, motivation or any advice whatsoever. There is no such thing as a silly question!
We only take 10 people per month and start dates are the first and second Monday of every month.

The BEST thing I've done for myself in the last 10+ years!
Signing up to the Method's 6 weeks challange was the BEST thing I've done for myself in the last 10+ years! In the first 3 weeks I lost 6.2kg and over 3% body fat, by the end of the program I lost almost 10 kg and 6% body fat. I am still shocked by these results. The Method team is super friendly and supporting, they know how to motivate you and pick you up from the floor on your bad days. The first program that got me amazing results.
The 6 week challenge has been the best fitness experience ever! I had tried so many things in the past and this is the first program that got me amazing results: I dropped 5.46% in body fat, lost 10.5 cm around my belly, my posture improved and I feel much more energized. I really loved the holistic approach - the different classes, the nutrition plan and the fact that the team tracked and celebrated my progress really made a huge difference. Method movement is the best thing I’ve ever done for my body!
Method movement has been the best thing I’ve ever done for my body! Being on a strict diet and working out more in 6 weeks than I’ve done cumulatively in my whole life was not something I was necessarily looking forward to but at Method you’re so supported and encouraged by the staff and trainers while being pushed to work out harder and better. Having been a smoker and never done any exercise (literally none) i found myself going 10-12 times a week, and not only that but also dreading when it would be coming to an end. Can’t speak highly enough about this gym and their whole structure.
