In our guided meditation classes you will learn to become more aware of your thoughts and emotions, let go of energy draining thoughts and shift your perspective. You will discover the tools to have a clear, confident mind and cultivate inner-peace.

In our guided breathing classes you will learn breathing techniques that will take your into an effortless meditative state. The techniques have been proven to instantly reduce everyday stress and anxiety, improve mental clarity and focus and cleanse the body of toxins all while improving cardiovascular health, digestive functions and metabolism. Simply lay back, breathe and let the music take you.

Relax + Unwind - It can be hard to switch off our minds. In this class we turn down the volume on all that internal chatter, instantly dissolve stress and leave feeling totally chilled. Relax + Energise - Looking for some more get up and go? In this class we create the energy and clarity you need to own the day. Leaving feeling energised and maybe even euphoric!
